Stylish Homes use a variety of courier services to ensure that you delivery arrives in the best condition.

Delivery:

Free Standard Delivery Service. Basic delivery is free for orders over £200, £20 for orders under £200. We guarantee a basic free delivery service to your ground floor door only, however our staff will generally put the packaged item into your room of choice time permitting /at their discretion, this is not guaranteed. If our staff enter your property you will be solely responsible for any loss, injury or accidental damage. We do not remove packaging from your property unless you have paid for the Premium Delivery Service. If you live on a first floor or higher please let us know before we dispatch the goods.

Express Delivery Service. We also offer an express delivery service for £40. This guarantees the customer delivery within 7 days of us accepting the order (subject to stock availability). We guarantee a basic free delivery service to your ground floor door only, however our staff will generally put the packaged item into your room of choice time permitting /at their discretion, this is not guaranteed. If our staff enter your property you will be solely responsible for any loss, injury or accidental damage. We do not remove packaging from your property unless you have paid for the Premium Delivery Service. If you live on a first floor or higher please let us know before we dispatch the goods.

This includes delivery to the room/s of choice, item/s assembled and packaging removed by us for recycling. Delivery charges are Free with our Standard 30 day service. If you live on a first floor or higher please let us know before we dispatch the goods.

Express Premium Service.  We offer a Express premium assembly white glove service for orders of £1,000.00 and over at a fixed rate of £140.00 regardless of size of order. This includes delivery to the room/s of choice, item/s assembled and packaging removed by us for recycling. Express 7 day delivery charges of £40 are included in this service. If you live on a first floor or higher please let us know before we dispatch the goods

Below are some delivery Hints which help us all;                                                                                                                                               

1) Please check the measurements of the items to ensure they will go into the room/space you plan for them. Remember if the item has to be returned to us then you are responsible for the transport cost (although we offer ‘free’ basic delivery, these costs are obviously built into our prices). Transport cost is £45 per collection/delivery £20 for orders under £200.

2) Tell us if access to the property is limited, our vans are normally Luton type box vehicles, if we cannot access the property then we have the right to charge transport cost. However if we are notified beforehand than we may be able to send the goods on a smaller vehicle.

3) Please try to make the delivery as easy as possible for our team by removing any tripping hazards, furniture, ornaments or wall fixtures that may constrict the path. Please note that our drivers are not allowed to remove their shoes due to health and safety reasons.

4) It is your responsibility to protect your floors and carpets. Please be advised that whilst every care will be taken, we cannot be held responsible for any damages that occur to your property or possessions whilst the delivery is in progress.

5) Please retain the original packaging until you are totally happy with your item, we need the packaging as a condition of any refunds/replacements. Check your new furniture for damage or items missing immediately and let us know as soon as possible, all faults (please see WHAT WE DO NOT REGARD AS FAULTS) should be reported to us within 4 days.

More delivery info. Where possible we deliver via our own team and vehicles, smaller items may be sent via a courier, for larger items we may use a specialist furniture delivery company. We deliver to mainland UK only. In some remote areas we will send the goods via a pallet service. We deliver the Goods ordered to the address you give to us at the time you make your order unless notified in email or letter. You hereby confirm: there is adequate access & space for the Goods where they are to be positioned (& assembled if that is the case), also any existing goods have been removed from the space where the goods are to be positioned. PLEASE NOTE we do not move or take away any existing goods or property for the purpose of assembly or placement of the Goods.

1) We aim to delivery within 30 days of accepting the order, although the vast majority are within 10-14 days. If we are unable to make delivery within 30 days after you order and an alternative date has not been agreed, you are entitled to a full refund in relation to the contract. Delivery dates given are approximate, there will be occasions where we wish to deliver your items quicker or slower than the delivery lead time states, this will done only after agreeing dates with you.

2) You become responsible for the Goods once they have been delivered to you, they are held at your risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

3) Stylish Homes do not offer any compensation should delivery fail to take place or is later than scheduled, including time taken off work to accept delivery and loss of income in any shape or form.

4) Deliveries which you have agreed with our staff will be subject to a transport cost towards any failed deliveries, ie when for whatever reason we have no access to the property. When delivering your goods, we will require a signature as proof that they have been received. Should you not be at the property to sign, please ensure clear instructions are left with us in writing to admin@stylish-homes.co.uk explaining how/where we can leave the goods.

5) We prefer to wait until all your items are in stock before we arrange delivery. If you have an urgent need for part of your order, we can arrange for your in-stock goods to be delivered separately. Subsequently, your out of stock goods will be delivered at a later date. Please note that if you choose to split your order like this, the second delivery will incur a transport cost.

6) Once the goods are delivered please notify us of any issues within 4 days. You may be asked us to email us some images, to help us establish the fault, please see WHAT WE DO NOT REGARD AS FAULTS   info@stylish-homes.co.uk Failure to do this may slow the process of us helping you. Please keep the original packaging until you are completely satisfied with your items.
