Delivery: Free Standard Delivery Service. Basic delivery is free for orders over £200, £20 for orders under £200. We guarantee a basic free delivery service to your ground floor door only, however our staff will generally put the packaged item into your room of choice time permitting /at their discretion, this is not guaranteed. If our staff enter your property you will be solely responsible for any loss, injury or accidental damage. We do not remove packaging from your property unless you have paid for the Premium Delivery Service. If you live on a first floor or higher please let us know before we dispatch the goods. Express Delivery Service. We also offer an express delivery service for £40.
